Journey Electrician

This position is for a journeyman construction electrician who is interested in working alongside the solar industry and being a part of a fast-growing small business. The position is mainly residential with the potential for larger-scale commercial projects in the future.

The majority of the work being completed is residential solar installs, and service work.

Looking for a journeyman construction electrician for the following main responsibilities:

– Solar system tie ins.

– Service upgrades.

– Meterbase and service relocations.

– Dual lug meterbase installations.

– Panelboard swap outs

– Generator hook ups.

– General residential electrical work.

The chosen candidate must be comfortable with working at heights, and outdoors in various weather conditions.

The chosen candidate must able to work well independently and in a team environment.

Must have proper work attire. PPE. Steel toe boots. Ect.

Must have Fall arrest gear.

Residential experience is required.

Having your own tools is considered an asset.

Having your own work truck/van is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 /hour
