Job Summary

• Must have very strong customer service and communication skills with ability to go above and beyond.
• Computer Skills and General knowledge Microsoft Emailing and mobile applications is preferred. Training will be provided.
• Able to quote and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Strong use of mobile phone for record keeping and emails.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work as a team or by yourself
• reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial or public buildings.
• Plumbers work in cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation, and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project. Providing adequate services will ensure that all water supply networks and waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety.
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Select the type and size of pipe required
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
• Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
• Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
• Install, repair and maintain faucets, sinks, tubs, and toilets etc…
• Install, repair and maintain water heaters and filtration equipment
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks including backflow testing
• Maintain clean working environments
• Candidate MUST be in the downtown core
• Candidate MUST have parking spot to park company vehicle

Qualifications and Skills

• Red Seal (Preferred)

• Clean drivers abstract.

• Clean criminal record.
