We are Currently looking for highly knowledgeable and experienced tradespeople to join our team.

The successful candidate will work within our renovation & construction division on mid to high-end residential properties throughout the GTA.

We have inside work in the winter, so this position is year-round for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be someone who:

• Has a growth mindset with leadership qualities
• Has a minimum of 10+ years of experience in residential settings
• Is interested in Project Management and Business Development
• Enjoys problem-solving and is results driven
• Shows excellent communication skills and a high level of organization
• Has experience with scheduling and budgeting

In this role you will be working across the GTA and Neighboring Cities.

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years of previous work experience in renovation carpentry.
• A driver’s license with clean abstract, and comfortable driving trucks and trailers.
• Experience safely operating and maintaining power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints.

Desired Requirements:

• Certification within the construction industry.
• Previous work experience with estimating
• Knowledge of other trades.

Part-time hours: 44 per week

Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
